He has trained people of all levels, from fresh graduates to CEOs and consulting firm partners. Many of the people Steve has trained and mentored have gone on to become successful founders, Directors, and CEOs of some of the world’s leading businesses. His corporate training clients include Marks & Spencer, Barclays, Avis, Universal Studios and Hg Capital.
Steve creates Kardelen’s training material based on experience of excellent critical thinking practices. He has spent his career advising some of the world’s best CEOs, management teams, and investors; his advisory services clients include British Cycling, Sky Sports, Universal Studios, Orange, and Capita.
