Our training helps people discover, practise and adopt excellent skills and habits so they can take a step back and challenge the bigger picture. Our classroom and online work consists of a core number of practical insights followed by guided practice. Trainees can then apply their new expertise immediately. Our courses are developed in house. They are founded on 20 years of training critical thinking skills and observing the reality of which skills actually improve performance. Each course introduces principles and skills that are proven to develop better critical thinking and a more valuable, higher performance environment.

Kardelen Training programmes use a mixture of trainer presentations, group discussions, guided practice, and self-assessments.
Our courses are highly interactive and structured to give all participants considerable practice in applying the material to themselves and to their own teams and organisations. Trainers are skilled at stimulating lively discussion, and guiding and supporting practice. This helps participants develop practical expertise in applying their new skills.
Distance Learning
Our distance learning programmes offer an efficient solution for those unable to spend time in the classroom. Each course is highly interactive, with home study, exercises and workplace application, complemented with trainer support and reviews.
